Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 05/27/2025


At Isabella Unger Imagery, we take pride in delivering intentional, custom creative work in both brand design and photography. This policy outlines your rights and responsibilities when booking our services.


General Policy for All Services


Deposits & Payment Options

Upon receiving your invoice, you may choose one of the following payment options:

  • Pay the full amount upfront

This option confirms your booking and allows us to begin planning or working immediately.


  • Pay 50% upfront as a deposit

This non-refundable deposit secures your booking and confirms your project in the calendar.

The remaining 50% is due no later than one (1) month after the scheduled photoshoot (for photography services),

or no later than one (1) month after delivery of final design files (for brand and design services), whichever applies.


  • Installment plans (available by request)

If preferred, a custom payment schedule can be arranged. All balances must be paid in full no later than the agreed due date.


Late Payments 

Payments not received within 7 days of the due date will incur a late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance, applied monthly until the balance is paid in full. Continued failure to pay may result in project termination or legal action to recover owed fees.


Brand Design Services


Cancellations & Refunds

  • Before work begins (defined as after onboarding materials are submitted and your project is scheduled, but before moodboards or sketches are started):

    • You may cancel within 48 hours of booking for a full refund (minus processing fees).

    • After 48 hours, only the remaining balance (excluding the deposit) is eligible for refund.

  • Once work has begun: No refunds will be issued for work already completed, regardless of client satisfaction. Every project includes checkpoints for client approval, and your feedback during the process is vital to ensure alignment.

Revisions

Design projects include a set number of revisions (outlined in your proposal or contract). Excessive revision requests outside the scope may incur additional fees.


Photography Services


Cancellations

  • More than 5 business days before the session: You may reschedule once or cancel for a refund of the remaining balance (deposit is non-refundable).

  • Less than 5 business days before the session: No refund will be issued, but you may reschedule once without penalty.

  • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours: No refund or reschedule.

Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule with at least 72 hours' notice. A new date must be confirmed within 30 days to keep the session valid.


Digital Products (Templates, Workbooks, etc.)

All digital downloads and products are non-refundable once delivered.


How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, email isabellaungerimagery@gmail.com with:

  • Your name

  • The service booked

  • Your scheduled date (if applicable)

  • Reason for cancellation

We’ll review your request within 3 business days.
